2 1/2 cups honey
1 1/2 cup sugar
9 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
3 - 4 tsp Potash
3 tsp baking ammonia
3 oranges
1 lemon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Grate rind from lemon and oranges. Boil up honey and sugar. Add 5 cups flour. Add Potash and ammonia and stir in well. Add rest of flour, spices, rind and oil. Let dough cool off and knead by hand
