4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup table cream (Oma uses Pacific)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar and salt.
Add cream, corn syrup and butter.
Bring to a boiling point while stirring and boil gently until a few drops in cold water will form a soft ball.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and place saucepan in cold water for 4 minutes.
Do NOT stir mixture while standing in cold water.
Remove from cold water and beat well till mixture thickens and loses its glossy appearance.
Spread in butter pan.
