9 cups sifted flour
1-2 tsp salt
1/4 c (4 tsp) baking powder

Combine sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Stir well. Sift into large bowl. Add lard. Use finger tips to distribute lard to resemble course cornmeal. Store in closed canister on pastry shelf or fridge
