2 cans San Marzano Whole Tomatoes
1/4 c. Olive Oil
1/2 c. Tiny Pitted Nicoise or Pitted Kalamata Olives
4 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 can Anchovies
1/2 c. Parsley (chopped)
1/4 c. Capers
Basil to taste
Crushed red pepper, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomatoes and save the juice; cut tomatoes lengthwise and in half
Add oil, 1/2 of the garlic, parsley, red pepper to taste, olives, capers, and anchovies to sauté pan and heat until garlic starts to brown
Add tomatoes to oil mixture, sprinkle with salt; bring to boil and add the other half of the ingredients
Every 15 minutes, add a ladle of tomato juice; when it boils, add another ladle
Cook about 30-45 minutes
Serve with squid ink linguine (or any long pasta)
