1 (3 lb.) round steak, 1/2 inches thick
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 can consommé, undiluted
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
Hot cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Partially, freeze steak; then slice across grain into 2 x 1/4 inch strips. Dredge steak into flour. Melt butter in large skillet; add meat and cook until meat is browned. Stir in consommé, soup, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream and cook until just thoroughly heated. Serve over egg noodles.
