2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 can mushrooms
2 cups ham, chopped
10 – 12 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. bon appetite spice 6 green onions, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup yellow pepper, chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves

Mix all together and pour into well buttered 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let set before cutting.
