3/4 cup chopped onion
3 T margarine
6 cups water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz thin spaghetti noodles
1 tsp salt
2 - 10 oz boxes frozen broccoli - cooked
1/4 tsp garlic powder
6 cups milk
1 pound Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in margarine for 3 minutes
Add water and bouillon. Heat to boiling
Add noodles and salt. Cook for 3 minutes
Stir in cooked broccoli.
Add garlic powder
Reduce heat - add milk and cheese. Stir until melted

I use any type of pasta that I have handy. If you do use the spaghetti noodles make sure that you break them up to make it easier to eat the soup.
