2 - 16 oz packages frozen vegetables
1 stick margarine
8 oz Velveeta Cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers finely crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 margarine and all of the cheese together.
Thaw vegetables enough to separate and put in a casserole.
Pour melted cheese mix over vegetables
Melt the rest of the margarine and mix with crushed crackers
Sprinkle crackers on top of vegetables

Bake 350 uncovered for 50-60 minutes
