1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
3 T vinegar
3 T brown sugar
2 T mustard
2 T Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce.
Form this mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow pan.
Stir together the remaining tomato sauce, water, vinegar, sugar , mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour this sauce over the meatloaf.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the pan juices.

I had this at the home of my customer in Georgia. It was sooo good that I made it at home and the family thought the same.
I left the mustard out and it was just fine. !!
