One turkey breast - roasted
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dehydrated minced onion or 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion, divided
1 cup sliced celery, divided
1 cup sliced carrots, divided
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 cups home style noodles

Directions:

Slice off white meat from turkey breast- do not use in soup.
Leave the rest on the bone and cover with water in large pot.
Add garlic salt, celery salt, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
Add 1/2 cup each minced onion, celery and carrots.
Heat to boiling - turn down to slow simmer and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
[At this point, I bring to a boil, turn off heat and set on woodstove to cook the rest of the afternoon]
One hour before supper time add another 1/2 cup diced onion, celery and carrots.
Adjust salt and seasoning - simmer 10 minutes.
Add cream of chicken soup.. stir in - do not boil.
Add the noodles already cooked.
