12 to 18 small meatballs
3 T flour
3/4 tsp beef bouillon
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 cups water
1 lb red cubed potatoes
1 pkg [10 oz] frozen peas - thawed
1-1/2 to 2 cups half 'n' half

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meatballs in butter and add flour, beef bouillon, pepper and garlic salt.
Stir until smooth.
Slowly add 3 cups water and bring to boil
Reduce heat and stir until thickened.
Add potatoes..
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender - about 25 minutes.
Stir in peas and half 'n' half
Heat through
