1 lb. bulk sausage
4 cups water
1 can [10-3/4 oz] cream of mushroom soup
1 can [10-3/4 oz] cheddar cheese soup
5 red potatoes cubed
4 cups chopped cabbage
1 zucchini, chopped
3 carrots, thin sliced
4 celery ribs, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T dried parsley
3/4 tsp pepper
1 can [12 oz] evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and transfer with slotted spoon to slow cooker.
Add rest of ingredients except milk and cook on low 9 -10 hours.
Add milk and cook 30 minutes longer.
