2 lbs stew meat
2 large potatoes, cut into chunks
2 large carrots, cut into chunks
1 large onion, cut into chunks
2 cans [10 oz ea] tomato soup
2 cans water
1 [10 oz] package frozen peas
1-10 inch or medium sized pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, soup and water in large oven proof pan.
Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours or until done.
Add peas.
Cut out pumpkin lid and save.
Remove membrane and seeds.
Add hot stew and lid.
Place on foil-lined cookie sheet with sides and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until pumpkin is soft.
Transfer to serving plate and scoop out some pumpkin when serving.
