4 or 5 lb hen, cook and debone and chopped
1 1 lb package spaghetti (cooked in chicken broth)
2 green peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 4 oz jar pimento
1 can English peas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers and onion in 1 stick of butter or margarine. Mix all ingredients except peas and stir until cheese melts. Once cheese is melted, stir in peas. Bake in large casserole at 350º until it bubbles. May be prepared the day before and refrigerate until time to bake.

Note: May use smaller baking dishes and freeze for later.
