6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 3/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper and grated nutmeg to taste.

Directions:
Preheat to 450 degrees. Spray 12 muffin tins with vegetable spray. Beat eggs, mix in milk and water. Whisk in flour until just combined. Pour into muffin tins to within 1/4 inch of top. Bake 10 min at 450 degrees. Then at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.
