Pasta of choice (We use brown rice penne)
Olive Oil
Basil
Parsley
Red pepper Flakes (just a dash)
minced garlic (lots...I mean over do it)
lemon pepper
minced onion or onion powder
Broccoli florets
Cooked and shredded chicken (Canned chicken works well)
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in medium stock pot. Half way till noodles are done add broccoli in the water and cook.
In small sauté pan and on low/medium heat put olive oil and seasoning. When heated through and fragrant take off.
Drain noodles and broccoli and add back to pot with the oil and seasonings. Add shredded chicken and stir all together. Top with parmesan cheese. Quick and easy.
