Pastry for double crusted 9" pie, unbaked
4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF.. Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, and spice. Toss
lightly. Pour into unbaked pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Top with second
crust. Seal and flute edges. Slash top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake 35 - 40 minutes, until juice is bubbly in the center. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
