2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 t. vanilla
2 c. APF (substitute 1/2 c. WWF and 1 1/2 APF)
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
2 T. sugar
Ground nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened margarine and sugar at low speed until blended then beat well. Add eggs one at a time and beat ell. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix. In a separate bowl sift or mix together APF, baking powder, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix only till blended, scraping bowl and beaters. Pour half of batter into greased and butter tube or bundt pan. Mix together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle half of it on cake. Ground nuts can be added here if desired. Pour remaining batter into pan and sprinkle cinnamon (and nuts) on top of that. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until done.
