16 medium or 24 small tart shells
1 tbsp. boiling water
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 large egg
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over cranberries and let them sit until water is absorbed. In a large measuring cup with a lip, beat remaining ingredients together with a fork. Divide cranberries among tart shells. Pour liquid mixture into tart shells, filling not quite to the top. Bake on bottom rack of oven at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, until pastry is golden and filling is puffy. Cool and remove from tart tins as soon as possible.
