1/4 c. milk
2 c. hash browns (shreds or cubes)

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13" pan. Roll out the two sheets of dough to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake for 7-10 minutes. (Bake the crust so that it is just starting to turn brown.) Remove from oven and evenly spread sausage on bottom layer. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Sprinkle hash browns over the cheese. Mix eggs and milk together until well blended. Gently pour the egg mixture over the potatoes. Pour vertically then horizontally to give good coverage. Pepper as desired on top. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes. Bake until the egg mixture is no longer liquidy, and the hash browns are turning brown. This can be baked in the evening and then microwaved piece at a time for breakfast.
