Ingredients:

3cups flour
1/4cup white sugar
3/4 cup butter
3tsp. baking powder
2tsp.cream of tatar
1tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/4 cups milk
blend all dry ingredents and butter
add milk and mix until you have aworkable ball of dough
roll out and using a glass cut out 1/4 to 1/2 rounds
bake at 350 for 20 25 minutes
