--Take out of refrigerator as many eggs as you need. Let them get to room temperature.
--Fill a pot with enough water that will be an inch above the eggs.
--Bring water to a full boil.
--Put an egg on a slotted spoon and insert egg in the water. Repeat for each egg, one at a time.
--Turn down the heat to maintain a low boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
--Immediately take the pan off the burner and empty the water out of the pan. Pour cold water over the eggs in the pan, until you can handle the eggs.
--Take an egg from the pan and tap it on the counter. The egg shell will break apart and almost fall off by itself. (The egg yolk will be yellow with out a grayish ring between the yolk and egg white. Continue peeling the eggs under running water.)
--Refrigerate eggs when they have cooled down if you are not going to immediately use the,.
