2 lbs. beef stew meat (cut into bite size)
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. paprika
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
onion to please
1 stalk celery, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat. Stir to coat the meat with flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well and mix. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Remove bay leaf and stir before serving. ( I add extra veggies and use onion powder for my "no onion" people.)
