Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes whole, caps removed with 1 tsp of salt per quart and 1/2 tsp per pint. They will cook down to include whole tomatoes and some juice. Pour into appropriate sized jars and put lids on. Place jars in a water bath and boil quarts for 15 minutes and pints for 10 minutes.

To make juice, just run the tomatoes through a colander and mush them till they produce juice into jars and follow the same water bath instructions.

The water baths seal the jars.
