2 cans [28 oz ea] crushed tomatoes
1 can [14.5 oz] chicken broth
2 T minced fresh oregano or 2 tsp dried oregano
1to 2 T sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Process tomatoes in blender until smooth.
Transfer to a large pot and stir in broth.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat - cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in oregano and sugar.
Add small amount to whipping cream and return all to pan but do not boil.
Serve topped with sour cream
