• 1 1⁄2-2 lbs cooked lean ground beef (drain any fat)
• 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans
• 1 red bell pepper chopped
• 1 green bell pepper chopped
• 2 cups water w/beef base diluted or Beef Bone Broth
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 1 can crushed tomatoes
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons instant minced onion (or fresh equivalent)
• 1 tablespoon instant minced garlic (or fresh equivalent)
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• Crushed red pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce
• Dash of red hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teapoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush the tomatoes so there are not any large chunks.
2. Put all the ingredients into the pot and cook over medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with either favorite crackers, corn bread or elbow macaroni (Shredded Cheddar optional).

note: saute the onion & bell peppers in a little olive oil until tender before adding to Chili pot
