2 lbs Yukon Gold
While hot add 2 TBSP Pickle Juice and 1 TBSP Yel. Mustard
drizzle over potatoes and mix with hands, cool in refridgerator for 30 min.

Dressing:
Pickles - Dice
Small Rib Celery
1 little bit of Red Onion
1 tsp Cel. Salt/Seed
Pickle Juice a little
1/2 Cup Mayo (a little Sour Cream or greek yogurt too)

Refridgerate 30 min.

Add Hard Boiled Eggs only before serving.

Hard Boiled Eggs..... 1 TBSP Salt, Water Cold, Bring to Boil. Put Lid on and remove from heat for 10 min. Pleace in Cold Ice Bath 5 min.... PEEL.
