2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Flour
Dash of salt
Lemon peel
Cinnamon and sugar mix for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and cook on low heat until it thickens. Remove from heat and pour into serving dish. Sprinkle mix of sugar and cinnamon. Brown top with torch or hot iron spatula.
