1 PKG. DRY YEAST
2 1/4 CUP WARM WATER 110-175 DEGREE
3 TB. SUGAR
1 TB. SALT
2 TB. OIL
6 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1/2 CUP CRUSHED GARLIC FROM OIL

TOPPING
4 CLOVES GARLIC
2 TB. BUTTER
2 TB. OLIVE OIL
3 TB. GRATED CHEESE

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar, oil, salt and 3 cups flour.
Mix until smooth adding 1/2 cup flour at a time. Mix in garlic until dough is soft. Knead dough on floured surface until smooth 8-10 minutes.
Cover in greased bowl, let rise 1-2 hours Punch down and divide in 1/2 place in 2 greased 9 x 5 pans, cover with wet cloth let rise in pan 1-2 hours.
Bake 375 degree for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool, slice.
Topping
Combine garlic, butter, olive oil in sauce pan. Heat 3 minutes.
Brush bread with mixture. Place under broiler until golden brown.
Sprinkle cheese and put back in oven 30 seconds.
