2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce (Tobacco)
1 can shrimp or fresh (1/2 lb.)
2 medium stalks celery, cut diagonally, 1/4 inch slices (thin)
Pick any or all of the following veggies: sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, olives
Grated cheese

Mix Bisquick and water into soft dough. Beat 20 strokes & pat into ungreased 12 inch pizza pan, forming a 1/2 inch rim. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, mayo, onion, horseradish, pepper sauce, and shrimp. Spread over crust. Use celery to make a design (rows). Put desired veggies between rows of celery. Repeat. Place tomatoes around edges. Be creative. Sprinkle with cheese and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
