3/4 c. margarine
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 7-oz. jar Jet-Puffed marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Lightly grease a 13X9 inch glass dish. Mix margarine, sugar and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 to 3 qt. saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes or until a candy thermometer reaches 234º F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. pour into prepared dish. cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Enjoy!
