1/4 c. steak sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
2 to 3 lb. chicken thighs
1 lb. lead stewing beef, cut into cubes
1 medium onion
2 medium potatoes (peeled & cubed)
2 medium carrots (cubed)
1 16-oz. can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine steak sauce, bouillon cubes, salt pepper, sugar and hot water in Crock-Pot; stir well. Add remaining ingredients except flour; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (4 hours on high). Before serving, remove chicken from the bone and return meat to Crock-Pot; stir well. Make a smooth paste of flour and juices from stew, add flour mixture to stew. Cover and cook on high until thickened.
