1/4 cup flour
1 t. paprika
1 t. salt
dash pepper
3 chicken breasts, skinned, halved
1/4 cup butter
2 T. water
2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 cups half and half
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 cup Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
At least a day ahead, combine first four ingredients. Coat chicken breasts with flour mixture and brown in butter. Add water and simmer covered for 25-30 minutes. Remove chicken to a baking dish and reserve drippings. Combine flour, salt and half and half. Stir into reserved drippings in skillet. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add lemon juice and pour over chicken. Bake covered at 350 degrees until hot, 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.
