2 pre-made pie crusts
2 & 1/2 c. cut-up turkey
1 bag frozen vegetables
1 can small potatoes, drained and diced
1 jar turkey gravy or left over homemade gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Unroll one crust and put in 9-inch pie pan. Mix turkey, frozen vegetables, diced potatoes and gravy. Pour into pie crust. Put second crust over first crust, cut slits in top crust and flute edges. Cover edges with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes. During last 15 minutes, take foil off crust.
