6 1 lb Pork Chops
Marinade:

1 c Water
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Dark Molasses

Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients together and bring to a boil. Let cool.

Place pork chops in baking pan with bone side up. Pour marinade over chops and let marinate overnight. When ready to cook remove from marinade.

Place chops in another baking pan & cover tightly with foil. Bake in 375 º oven for 2 hours. When chops are tender remove from oven & dip in red sauce. Return to oven and bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes or until glazed.

Chops can be left at room temperature and just before serving place on grill for no longer than 15 minutes (low heat high above coals). Sauces can be stored in refrigerator for later use, but need to be brought to a boil & cooled.
