1 head of cauliflower
3 T. olive oil - good drizzle
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. fresh black pepper
1/2 cup panko
1/2 c.up freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat 425 degrees
2. Remove leaves and stem. Cut cauliflower into large pieces.
3. Place on sheet pan.
4. Drizzle with olive oil
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
6. Roast 15 minutes
7. Toss panko with 1 T. of olive oil
8. Sprinkle over cauliflower
9. Roast 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown
10. Sprinkle with parmesan; roast 1-2 minutes
11. Scrape pan and toss into bowl.
