1 11.5 oz jar Jennifer's Kitchen Pepper Jelly
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1 c shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional
1 Egg
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat softened cream cheese well. Add cheddar cheese, egg, garlic salt and 1/2 jar jelly, mixing well. Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake 35 minutes, watching for edges to brown. When done, cheesecake should be firm when jiggled. Remove from oven and spread remaining jelly on top. Top with bacon if desired. Serve with Ritz Crackers.
