Left over pie crust dough
sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out your pie crust dough and cover it with sugar and cinnamon. Roll it and cut them into bite size pieces. Place chips of butter on top.

Bake at 375º

Grandma Ressler would bake pies and with the left over pie crust dough she would make rollie pollies for us. This is such a great childhood favorite of mine.
