Two pounds of ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 - 16oz can large biscuits
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8oz shredded cheddar cheese - divided
2 medium tomato - halved and sliced
1 medium onion - halved and sliced
1 red bell pepper - halved and sliced
1 - 4oz can sliced jalapeno peppers

Directions:

1. Grease a 13x9 glass dish
2. Press together the biscuits and halfway up sides.
3. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. (Check after 15 minutes)
3. Combine the ground beef, taco seasoning and cook according to package directions. Transfer to bowl and set aside. Wipe out pan.
4. Saute remaining onions and bell pepper in meat pan.
5. Combine in bowl the sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the cheese, half of the onions. Stir well and set aside.
6. On top of the biscuits crust, layer ingredients as follows:
a. taco meat
b. tomato slices
c. bell pepper
d. onion mixture
e. jalapeno peppers
f. sour cream mixture
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
8. Bake uncovered for thirty to forty minutes or until edges of dough are lightly brown and cheese melted.
