8 oz Filet of Fish
2 T Margarine
1/2 tsp Woody's Cooking Sauceİ
Liquid Margarine
Sieved Garlic
Mrs. Dashİ

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 T margarine in pan so fish will brown and not stick.
Rub Woody's Cooking Sauceİ on fish to add flavor.
Then use liquid butter and garlic on one side and then sprinkle with Mrs. Dashİ generously. Place fish seasoned side down on pan.
While fish is cooking, season the side that is up.
Cook 8 oz. filet 8 minutes on 1st side and turn.
Cook 5 minutes on the other side.

Medium heat is required.
