3 cups cooked chicken
1 T olive oil
1 T minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion
3-4 cans white beans
8 oz green chilis
2-3 cans chicken broth
2 cup cooked wild rice
9 oz frozen white corn
3 T cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
dash tobasco or c cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Stir in all but cilantro, sour cream, and cheese.
3. Simmer 30-60 mins (or crock pot).
4. Stir in sour cream and cilantro at end.
5. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
