16 oz Half & Half
8 oz Whipping Cream
8 Fresh Eggs
1-1/4 c Sugar
1/4 t Cinnamon
4-1/2 slices White Bread
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 T Raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well: half and half, whipping cream, sugar and vanilla.
Arrange bread on the bottom of a 10x10x2" glass dish, pour mix over bread.
Mix 1/2 tsp sugar with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over bread.
Spread raisins over top.
Cover with foil and bake in a water bath at 400º for 75-90 minutes.
