2 c Skim Milk
1/2 c Egg Beaters© (or similar brand)
1 t Vanilla
1/2 t Salt
2 c 1" Bread Cubes
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 c Sugar OR

1/4 c Sugar
1/3 c of Dark Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, Egg Beaters©, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Stir in bread, divide and put into 5 custard cups.

( Reduce sugar to 1/4 c if 1/3 c Dark Raisins are used.)

(If you want to use 9x13 glass dish, line bottom with sliced bread then put liquid ingredients over top. This makes a custard bottom and the bread rises to the top.)

Place cups or dish into a large roasting pan, then fill pan with 1-2 inches of warm water.
Bake at 400º 15-30 minutes.
Test with knife blade, when it slips out "clean", it is done.
