1 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
1 T sugar
1/4 c water, 110 degrees
1 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup instant vanilla pudding - 1 small package
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
3-3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

FILLING
3/4 cup sugar
1 T cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted

FROSTING
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp water

1. In a bowl dissolve yeast and 1 T sugar in the warm water
2. In a bowl, beat milk and pudding. Let stand 1 minute
3. Add egg, butter, salt, yeast mix and 2 cups flour. Beat on medium until smooth. Stir in additional flour to form a soft dough.
4. Turn onto a floured surface and knead until smooth - 6 to 8 minutes.
5. Place in a greased bowl. Turn dough to coat all sides with grease. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until doubled - about 1 hour.
6. While dough is rising mix filling dry ingredients.
7. After risen punch down dough. Divide in half. Roll each into 8 x 10 inch rectangle. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle each with half the cinnamon mixture. Roll dough from long side. Pinch seam to seal.
8. Cut each into 12 slices and place all in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan or divide into smaller pans.
9. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. About 45 minutes.
10. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
11. In a bowl beat frosting ingredients. Frost rolls while still warm.
