Cake:
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Topping:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
4 oz. Cool Whip
Caramel ice cream topping
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
For Cake:
Prepare and bake cake according to package directions. When cake comes out of oven, poke holes in the warm cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake. Let cool.
For topping:
Beat together cream cheese and condensed milk, fold in Cool Whip. Spread mixture over cooled cake. Drizzle caramel topping over whipped topping mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate.
This is also good using a carrot cake mix.
