Ingredients:  
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 -1 c. (2-4 oz.) grated parmesan cheese
1/4 - 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs (I use Progresso Italian-Style)
1 tsp. each; oregano & parsley
1/4 tsp. each; paprika & black pepper

Directions:

400º Prepare 10 X 15 glass casserole with cooking spray

1. Mix parmesan cheese, bread crumbs & spices.
2. Dip chicken in melted butter. (I melt butter in the casserole)
3. Coat chicken with parmesan mix.
4. Place in prepared pan.
5. Sprinkle a little extra parmesan over the top of cheese.
6. Bake 20-25 min. or until tender and golden brown.
