1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 T. sugar
2 small pkgs. Jello (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
(Bring pineapple to low boil and add 2 small boxes of any flavor jello and dissolve)

Let set until room temperature

Add 2 cups buttermilk and mix; chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Fold in 8-oz. Cool Whip into buttermilk mixture.

Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or glass bowl and chill.
