Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef (or try 1/2 pound each of ground beef and loose Italian sausage)
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 10 minutes.
2. Combine with all of the remaining ingredients.
3. Using your hands, mix all of the ingredients together.
4. Shape the hamburg mixture into golf ball size balls.
5. Drop them into your favourite tomato sauce. (see Italian Tomato Sauce)
6. Simmer for 2 hours.
