1lb margarine
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs ( beaten)
2 cups coconut
4 cups oatmeal
4 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp water mixed with 2 tsp baking soda
1 bag milk chocolate chips ( or a few handfuls of bulk choco chips)
1 large pkg/bag Smarties
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream margarine and sugar then mix in eggs,vanilla, and soda water.
In separate bowl mix flour, coconut,and oatmeal.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
Mix in Chocolate chips .
Place small balls or blobs of cookie dough on cookie sheet and bake until slightly risen but still soft.
Remove from cookie sheet and gently press 2 smarties (different colors) onto top of each cookie.
Let cool... Enjoy and share ! This makes a big batch
