1 cake mix (flavor of your choice)
1 box ( 1.5-2 L )of frozen ice cream ( flavor of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Place wax paper lining a high edge cookie sheet.

Mix up cake mix and pour over wax paper.

Bake @350º for approx. 12 min.

Remove from oven and let fully cool.

When ready to assemble:

Slice ice cream into slices to cover all over baked cake.

Using wax paper roll up cake to make one large jelly roll.

Wrap in tin foil and freeze.

When ready to serve ,cut roll into slices .

The combination possibilities of cake and ice cream flavors are endless ! Grandma Larson made many of these for Auntie Alana's wedding. When we helped her out taking care of the leftovers , we were hooked and have always enjoyed creating and eating this fun treat.
